"Comfy overall, firmer than the ads make it sound"
I’ve been sleeping on my bedinabox mattress for a few weeks now. I’m always a little skeptical of all the polished mattress-company talk about “perfect support” and “life-changing sleep,” but this one is actually comfortable. It supports my back well, which I’ve noticed most in the mornings. It did take a couple nights to get used to, and it’s definitely a bit firmer than I expected. Still, I’m sleeping better overall, so I’d give it 4 stars...

"Started off fine, then let me down"
At first, it felt comfortable and I thought I’d made a good choice. But after a few months, it started sagging and just didn’t feel supportive anymore. I tried reaching out about it, but the whole thing made me feel less like a customer and more like some ticket number in a queue. The quality really wasn’t what I expected

"It finally arrived, but the delivery was frustrating"
In the end, the mattress showed up and it seems fine so far, but getting it here was way more annoying than it needed to be. The delivery took several days longer than I was originally told, and the tracking barely updated, so I kept thinking it was about to arrive when it wasn’t. I ended up moving my old bed around twice for no reason, which was frustrating. Customer service was polite enough, but they didn’t really have any useful info to give me.

"Return and warranty process was a mess"
Dealing with the return and warranty on this mattress was way more frustrating than it should’ve been. I felt like I kept getting passed from one person to another, and nobody could give me a straight answer for way too long. After spending that much money, I expected the process to be a lot smoother. Like, make it make sense. Overall, it was just a headache.

"Not as cool as I expected"
I was really hoping this would sleep cooler, but it ended up being way too hot for me. I wasn’t expecting to wake up feeling overheated, so that was disappointing.

I had a quick question about my order and they got back to me fast. The person on the phone was really nice and handled it without turning it into some huge hassle. i already had a good feeling about this company, and this pretty much confirmed it for me

"I figured from the way it was described..."
I figured from the way it was described that it would be on the firmer side, but I didn’t expect it to feel this hard. To me, it was almost like sleeping on the floor, and I kept waking up sore every morning. Maybe it works for someone who really likes an extra-firm feel, but it definitely wasn’t comfortable for me.
